You help others grow. We help you grow, too.
Every person brings strengths, possibilities, and a story worth understanding. Our work begins with seeing the person—and believing in what they can do. That belief extends to you. We want you to feel valued, find your voice, and see the difference your work makes.
People first
Listen closely. Honor each person’s strengths. Build trust with the children, young people, and families who welcome us into their lives.
Individualized support
You bring your own strengths and goals. Through guidance, encouragement, and shared learning, we help you build confidence in your work.
Meaningful progress
A new skill. A moment of connection. The confidence to try again. We celebrate progress because we know what those moments can mean.
We began in direct care.
Footprints began in 1997 with two college students providing direct ABA services as a summer job. What started as an opportunity to make a difference became a lifelong commitment to the individuals and families they served—and ultimately led to the founding of Footprints in 2004.
That beginning still shapes how we support our team today. We understand the responsibility of entering a family’s life, the importance of thoughtful training and supervision, and the value of the direct-care professionals who bring our mission to life every day.
We’re looking for compassionate, curious, and creative people who want to learn, grow, and help others build meaningful skills. Whether you are new to ABA or preparing for your next professional role, Footprints offers pathways to begin and continue your development.
Learning throughout your career
Your growth matters here. Footprints University brings together learning for Behavior Technicians, Footprints Academy development for eligible Interns and Residents, continuing education for BCBAs, and optional university partnerships. It is one way we invest in the people who make our work possible.
Build on what you know, learn from one another, and keep exploring the professional you want to become.
Our heart shows up in what we do together
We learn together, celebrate one another, care for our well-being, and give back. These are some of the ways we bring the Footprints spirit into everyday life.

Footprints University brings professional learning together. As a BACB Authorized Continuing Education Provider, we offer CEUs for BCBAs. Footprints Academy prepares eligible mid-level providers for BCBA and Clinical Supervisor responsibilities, while BTU helps Behavior Technicians build their skills.

Through team meetings, shared learning, and events, we teach, empower, advocate, and mentor. Footprints TEAM creates space to connect, contribute, and celebrate one another.

Footprints Wellness supports physical, emotional, mental, and social well-being through healthier habits, connection, and renewal.

Footprints Cares extends our compassion into the community. Each year, we help fulfill 100 wishes, participate in autism walks, and organize fundraisers—including support for members of our Footprints family.
