Footprints Behavioral Interventions, Inc. (“Footprints,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) may send recruiting and application-related text messages to individuals who expressly choose to receive them.
Program description
Messages may include application acknowledgments, interview or group recruiting orientation invitations, scheduling information, reminders, follow-up questions, and other updates related to employment opportunities with Footprints.
Consent
By providing your mobile number and checking the applicable consent box, you authorize Footprints to send recruiting and application-related text messages to that number. Consent is optional and is not a condition of applying, being considered, or being employed. Do not submit a number unless you are the subscriber or customary user authorized to provide consent.
Message frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your application and recruiting activity. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your plan.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving recruiting text messages. You may receive one final confirmation message. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also contact Footprints at 1-800-273-4292 or intake@autismfootprints.com. After opting out, you may still receive non-marketing communications through other channels when appropriate.
Privacy
We use information collected through the recruiting text program to communicate with you about employment opportunities and to administer recruiting activities. We do not sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Carrier disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to your carrier and network availability.
Changes
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued participation after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
